Dating from 1863, it has an ornate ceiling, original hand-carved pediment over the entrance, and four chandeliers crafted from 8,000 pieces of Egyptian crystal.

The room, which has its own separate entrance from College Green, can seat up to 250 people theatre-style and up to 170 for a gala dinner. This historic landmark has been fitted with state-of-the art audiovisual equipment built specifically for the room.
